I adore sunny weekends out and about in downtown Vancouver. Before I moved to this neighborhood I lived in North Van, and while nature on the slopes is something to write poetry about, nothing beats strolling through shopping districts in downtown. It is even more rejuvenating than fresh mountain air to have coffee and brunch with friends, or family, on the weekend before walking along Robson or Granville street, or following Denman street toward English Bay, or visiting Granville Island for the day.
